After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our own Cooper’s Hawk wines, made in our own private winery. First time and loved it. The food was amazing. Can't wait to go back.
My server, Julia, was very knowledgeable of the wines. She aided in my selection of samples. I chose the Romance Red to go along with the crab beignets, short rib risotto, and poet gooey butter cake. Food came out in a timely fashion and was DELICIOUS!
One of the BEST restaurants I have EVER had the pleasure of dining in. The food was creative and delicious,the service was excellent,the wines lovely. All in all a wonderful experience. Have been back several times.

I had a wonderful experience, this was my first time at Coopers Hawk. I went for a wine tasting with a friend and ended up buying a membership. Our wine sommelier Ari, was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was very pleased with my first experience.I m going back next weekend!
