After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. Love going there for the tasting. Great atmosphere, attentive staff. Wonderful ambience. Joined the club.
My first experience here was not a good one. There was a bug in my drink and I didn't realize it. I ended up drinking it by mistake. The bug was still alive when I took it out if my mouth. The manager seemed pretty nonchalant. He did offer me a bottle or to comp my dinner. Nonetheless, I will never eat or drink here again.
Cooper's Hawk is an AMAZING place great food, atmosphere, service, and vino! Fantastic place to go for lunch and dinner. Healthy plates topped with awesome flavors!

Went for the first time on Sunday, family Birthday. Had a great time food very good for the most part..Risotto was a little undercooked but the scallops and shrimp were very good as well as the rest of my parties.. Will definitely return.

We had a reservation and showed up about 15 minutes early—they were seating on time, which means we were waiting. As we waited I observed the atmosphere; stylish young people standing around chatting and drinking wine. I've never been to a place like this in Tampa, very modern and seemingly "cultured". Once we sat down we were approached by a waiter quickly; he was knowledgeable, friendly, and on the ball.
