Our surf and turf came out cold, but on warm plates. According to the manager that's how they serve food. Food also took an hour and 20 min to come out. I understand they were busy, but if you have 3 managers there then someone should have jumped in the kitchen and helped. We did get out appetizers comped, but our server came and told us that to get a new order it would be another 45 min. The manager and server both talked crap about each other to us. I absolutely love Cooper's Hawk, but this location is disappointing... the women's restroom literally smelled like a port-a-potty!!! The staff wasn't very professional. I don't think we will go back to this location.
