We like the work but not the service process. You get assigned a window of time (1-3) for an example. They called me at 2:27 to make sure I was home. I was on a business call. I call back at 2:46. At that time I was told my technician had been rerouted and they could take me at 6:00.
I have had several occasions when I have called on Cooper to help me out. They have always been very prompt, with the utmost of professional care, attention to detail, and respect. They are honest and very thorough. I recommend them to anyone!
