Deposits not refunded because they have no records of them I lived in Cooper Glen from January 2004 to July 2017. I paid hundreds of dollars in deposits--$399 when I moved in, cat deposits, cat fees, and more cat deposits when I moved from one apartment to another (downsizing) about 4 years ago. Now that I have retired and moved to another city, I am being told there is "no record" that I ever paid any deposits on either apartment. The staff and manager are really really terrible The manager and staff are very very bad, they have a bad attitude and they promise something and later they will not do that. it is really a bad place, do not come!!!!
Not enough bang for your buck A year ago this was a great place to live, but management has changed hands and all of the great reviews below no longer apply. We have a laundry list of issues that have all popped up in the last few months. When we resigned our lease our rent went up an exorbitant amount, more than we were quoted with the last management. Staff is amazing!! My husband and I were on a time limit to find an apartment, and i'm so glad we found this one!! The staff has been nothing but wonderful to us, especially Jessica! It was the easiest move in process we've ever had. Complex is very quiet and we hardly hear the people who live above us other than the occasional water running or typical footsteps. The apartment complex is older, but still in wonderful condition. I'm very satisfied with where we are at.
A little out of the way These apartments are located in the less populated area of Denton. We've lived here for over a year and my fiance's car was broken into. The water bill is allocated and it gets higher each month (last month was 133 dollars).
Cooper glen Cooper glen has a great maintenance department is punctual, office people are nice and apartment is quiet even around noon and gym is small but accessible 24/7
Cooper Glen Apartments The management team here is great- if you visit them in the office they will always be very helpful and will provide what you need. The complex overall is very nicely maintained, although I have had some issues having things fixed within the apartment when they break. Occasionally there are loud neighbors but mostly the area is quiet aside from some noisy children. Attentive, Quite, and Clean I lived in the complex for about a month and a half and so far they have done an excellent job. Both the work staff and residents are friendly and the apartments are nice. I submitted several maintenance requests and they were completed promptly and satisfactory. The complex has a new pool is perfect for pets and the gated community makes me feel secure. My last place was noisy but the residents are respectful and it never gets to disruptive despite being in a college town.
