Great unit and great people I recently moved into a 3 Bedroom unit and I love it. Everything about it made me feel like I was stepping up my quality of living. I also cannot forget to mention the staff. They were extremely friendly and caring and always made me feel comfortable when I called them for questions (I must have called them more than 10 times). I highly recommend Copper Denton

Great property and staff I recently came to visit Cooper Denton at the suggestion of a friend who knows someone who lives here. I came on a Saturday and met Amy. She was so friendly and was helpful with the whole process from looking at property, application and leasing to my moving in and getting settled in. I love living at Cooper Denton apartments. Management is very caring and professional. Maintenance guys are great and handle problems quickly. I feel very safe walking in the complex since it is gated.
Wonderful! The whole process from applying to getting me settled in, they were incredibly attentive and informative! I truly appreciated their hospitality and how easy they made things, truly felt comfortable and would absolutely recommend! Their staff is so great!

My roomate and I officially move in with Cooper Glen Apartments August 1st of 2020. Overall the move in process was fairly smooth. Usual documentation required and even got our move in date earlier than expected. Our first impression of the unit was clean and within working order! Come the 1st month week, we experienced a handful of appliance and plumbing issues. The people on the office are very nice, but maintenance staff is awful. my dog and partner have been stung by red wasps in our apartment on the couch twice each over the last few months. we've called maintenance several times to address the issue and pointed out wasps nests on buildings and street lights. Their solution was to tell us to wrap our fireplace in plastic. to add insult to injury they just doubled the monthly pest control fee. Friendly Apartment Complex Cooper Glen is a great apartment complex to live in! The apartments are very nice and the outside areas are always well-taken care of. The front office is also super nice and takes residents seriously. Very happy so far!
