THE best place to live in Denton! I cannot begin to tell you how much I LOVE Cooper Denton!!! The property is clean & quiet. The application process was clear & easy. The office staff are amazing. Outstanding Customer Service Being a college student isn't easy and having to deal with poor living conditions is the worse. Parking is a nightmare. Most of the time parking is an absolute nightmare. You are lucky if you can actually park anywhere near your apartment. I haven't even lived here a full year and I have had to park at the front office (outside the gate) at least 3 times.

Pam is wonderful My roommate and I just moved in and when we went to tour we had Pam take us. She was so funny and wonderful, and the apartments are clean and updated and beautiful. The property is quiet and clean. The whole application process was super easy and Pam kept us updated the entire time, I can’t speak highly enough of her. The entire staff responds to any maintenance requests very fast and they are super friendly, too.
