As my property manager, Mr. Cooper has been responsive, insightful, and proactive. He has been helpful around the legalities of DC property management and tenants. Mr. Cooper also has access to several contractors to address issues that arise. His customer service is fine and does a good job of supporting owners with tenant acquisition.
