I started my new car search at Coon Rapids Nissan, hoping to test drive a few vehicles and see what I liked and what I could afford. Adam was super helpful in answering all of my questions and was patient through the whole process! Great experience, I walked in with my family to look for an SUV and Adam Johnson came up to us and showed us around. We had the Nissan Rogue in mind so he let us take it for a spin. While we were waiting for our approval Adam seemed to be very interested in the same things i was so i feel like we hit it off pretty well. Very good experience for my 1st time buying a car!
Went to Coon Rapids Nissan in October to purchase a new Pathfinder. The sales team that I worked with was fantastic- very responsive to questions via phone and text message- easy to work with. However, I had several issues with the finance department- some of which I am still dealing with 4 months later. Was talked into GAP protection only to receive a phone call over a week later telling me that the lender would not approve my loan unless I dropped the GAP protection because it didn't make sense to have it on the vehicle si... read more
