I've got nothing but positive things to say about Walser Nissan in Coon Rapids. I came in to view a car only to find that it was a stick shift. Your sales associate worked very hard to find me a great quality Nissan Versa S. You were constantly making sure any changes were being communicated and you were so professional at the financing end. If the day comes when I need a new vehicle in the future you will be my first phone call.
Purchased a 2012 honda civic si and traded in my Honda fit which is for sale on there lot right now. The Fit had a loan on it and combined it into my new loan. This was on October 9th 2019 to date they have still not paid off my previous loan with Ford motor credit on the fit. Jason buck there sales manager has now started ignoring my emails regarding the matter. I just had an above and beyond great experience. We all have that noice that no one can hear but you, but this team did what they could to understand what I was hearing. They test drove it, and even had me go along on a second time. They found the problem and were so kind to solve it—even after squeezing me on a same day appointment. Having a brake issue with my truck at 20k miles. I purchased it 5 months ago with 18k They say its not under warranty. Manager won’t respond to email.
My buying experience was less than great. In fact, I didn’t end up buying. Traveled 150+ miles to find out the SUV we were looking at was very poorly represented. It wasn’t at all what we were looking for and when that was expressed our sales person got upset with us. We left empty handed and won’t be going back.
