Management is completely unprofessional and rude. Waited months to get security deposit back. The management resorted to sending hostile, inappropriate emails. Avoid this place and this company at all costs.
This was the worst experience as a tenant ever. Awful place, awful landlord at ridiculous prices. The management ended up yelling at us and sending us awful emails with rude comments because we requested our payment for our deposit after 3 months of not receiving it. Do not live here or use this organization.
Extremely rude staff. The prices for their apartments are extremely higher than comparable apartments in the same neighborhood. I’d steer clear of this place
To be honest, we have had a pretty solid experience during our three years in our Malden apartment. We haven't had really any issues with the space or the landlords. When we moved in, there was a ceiling leak - which we were affected by since we're on the top floor - and they wound up replacing the entire roof to rectify the issue!
