Super rude.. super unprofessional management people. Please stay away from this company.
Owner of apartments in Melrose, Massachusetts. Increased pricing from $1,300 to over $1800 with zero upgrades. They compared pricing to luxury apartments in the area. Save money and rent elsewhere. Tenants told me DHS has been called on them multiple times for rats all over the trash bins and crawling into peoples cars. Owner Jeff Vecchio is a bully. Stay away from any properties that tie back to Jeff Vecchio or Coolidge Corner Realty or Wyoming Capital LLC
