AC quit working during the hottest part of the year. I googled HVAC repair and found and called Tom at Coolaid Heating and Air. It was my first time using Coolaid. I was at work and I believe he was in Knoxville but I left work and got home and he was there in no time. It didn’t take long for him to figure out what happened. He had to order a part but took an another part off the heating side of the unit to get my air going so we didn’t have to suffer. Highly recommend. Always right on time & does the job the right way.
This guy is amazing. Was willing to help me out over the phone when my compressor stopped working on a Saturday morning during the heat of the summer. Turns out it was only the short cycle timer kicking in after lost power to house….but would not have know this without his help. Thanks again!!
Highly recommended. Tom is very knowledgeable and professional. He was nice, very quick, responsive, gives honest assessments, and charges reasonable prices.
