Tom at CoolAid Heating and Air is fantastic. Our mini-split unit stopped working. We contacted Tom and he came out as soon as he could. It took him no time to find that we had a leak and there was completely no refrigerant in the unit. He discovered a broke fitting, where the leak was coming from, pulled vacuum, and recharged the unit. He had it working in no time. He had the right tools and the parts needed to repair the unit. I can not say enough about this man! Came out within 30 minutes on a hot saturday morning to repair my A/C. Had me cooling in a matter of minutes for a very fair price! I will definitely use him again if and when the need arises! Thank you sir for helping me out!
A manufacturer incorrectly referenced Tom as having been trained on their equipment , upon my contact, Tom advised me that he was not schooled but would agree to come try to to repair but could offer no guarantee. He drive way outside of his area, spent untold hours with tech to get a very complicated commercial unit repaired and successfully accomplished task. A very competent and personable technician.
AC quit working during the hottest part of the year. I googled HVAC repair and found and called Tom at Coolaid Heating and Air. It was my first time using Coolaid. I was at work and I believe he was in Knoxville but I left work and got home and he was there in no time. It didn’t take long for him to figure out what happened.
