Second time to use CoolTemp. Their level of professionalism and excellent customer service cannot be replicated by many of the larger companies. Our technician was great and gave us information none of the big box stores would on where to find a hard to get filter for one of our intakes.
Very courteous and considerate. Explained in detail what needed to be done. On time and called to let me know he was on his way. I felt the price for two units was very fair. I would definitely use Cool Temp again.

Cool Temp Services was very prompt and provided same day service repair to my AC unit.
This was the first time I used this company and I was very pleased with its service. Mr. Langley tried everything to get my air conditioner running and answered all my questions with a smile. I hate I had to replace my system but, I received fair pricing, great communication and was shown how to operate equipment. Installers was very friendly. Will continue using the company to service equipment!
