Living in MAA CROSSWATER WINDERMERE hasn't been the greatest lately because of some weird stuff happening at the gym. There's this girl with black hair and a backpack who doesn't even live here, and she’s always asking people to let her in at night. Jamie Moyles was beyond helpful in aiding my move from Louisiana. The entire process was professional and easy. Handled via email. Upon arrival, my apartment was clean and ready for my move in. "I lived at MAA Grapevine for two years and generally had a good experience with maintenance during my stay. However, my move-out process was disappointing. I was charged over $1,650, plus installation fees, for the countertop, despite its condition being nearly the same as when I first moved in. It felt as though the staff had already decided to charge me for something, regardless of the circumstances. A huge shout out to Evander who is part of the amazing maintenance team! We had an after-hours EMERGENCY in the early morning hours (after business hours) and the customer service was outstanding! Evander is professional, courteous, and is an asset to this company. Also, the on-call after hours phone service gentleman was apologetic for the situation we were going through and had a great attitude. Evander THANK YOU AGAIN for your assistance. I would give this a negativity rating if possible. Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in and wish I'd left it a long time ago. Appliances are cheap and love to quit on you. My refrigerator was dead after coming home from a weekend away and I lost $400 in food, yet no empathy received or anything for it done. It was a "too bad" response. This is a great place to live the people are very accommodating and maintenance staff is good
The indoor pool water always seems too cold. Need to increase the water temperature.
