Do not go for a mammogram. The dressing closet is between the reception area and technician area. You are ushered in and out of this high traffic area in a gown braless holding your purse. People are lingering asking questions/lost etc... When you come out of the mammogram you are carrying your purse and trying to keep your gown together in the back. Worst experience ever!!!!!! We came 20 minutes early, then they moved us to a later time. So we are stuck waiting for more than an hour, and we are still waiting!!!
Short wait, dark and calming ultrasound room, professional sonographer, quick report back from radiologist. One of the easiest medical appointments I've had in a long time!
Prepare for humiliation! First, the employees at the front desk are much more interested in their conversations than in helping you. The best part was the mammogram! They tell you to disrobe from the waist up, put on the flimsy hospital gown (typical so far, right?), then go wait in the waiting area that is filled with other people including several men!!! Dennis J Really bad experience. Wasted 1 hour and 45 minutes for nothing. They wanted me to go to 100 oaks at 4:30 in the afternoon in the pouring down rain to wait who knows how long for an open mri. My shadow will never darken their doorway again. Don't like being treated like a second class citizen.
Worst business office ever. Long wait. Rude, rude, rude.

Awful experience – I have never felt inclined to write a review online but, I would like to warn other people about this place. I went for a first mammogram at this facility which was fine. Then I received a letter in the mail (on the weekend) asking for more images which Im sure is standard practice but, still very stressful. I scheduled this appointment with CSI and arrived very nervous and anxious to get it over with. I was told their Mammogram machine was broken yet I received no phone call to tell me not to bother comin... read more
Good Service not patient friendly with billing practices – I have been there several times and the service is very good. Good wait time even when appt. just called in. However, their billing practices are not for the patient. If you have a deductible plan they do not allow any discounts once they take of the insurance payment. This makes for a very large patient payment even if the patient would like to pay all at once, which I would think could benefit their cashflow.
