My son Race car absolutely loved this place. Upon entering the lady greeted us and was more than happy to help us. Had my two girls whom immediately found the toys, my son got right in. He picked the Fire truck and sat still as gum. The lady fixed his hair from another salon, all my babies got a sucker. When I asked about the product, lady was more than informative and knowledgeable about the Zachs products and others. I had two different people cut my kids hair (1 boy, 1 girl) and they butchered both of their hair cuts. Has to go get it redone by a professional a few days later. Don't go here!
They know how to deal with Kids and do an excellent job. My son loves playing video games there.
Cool Cuts did so great with my 2 boys. My kids have special needs (also sensory issues) so they have an aversion to getting their haircuts and especially clippers. The staff were understanding, gentle and so great with our boys. We actually came out with a great haircut for them. So happy with Cool Cuts and highly recommend them to parents with special needs children.
Went here yesterday for the first time to get my 18mth son a haircut. Went in around 630, the 2 ladies didn't greet us upon entering, both seemed like they wanted to clean up and get out of there. The lady with colored hair cut my son's hair, seemed like she didn't want to be there, was rushing his haircut and now it's all choppy. Fantastic and patient staff. Daughter had a hard time but they were very caring and took their time.
I absolutely love this place. My son went from being super scared of getting his haircut to loving it.
Very friendly staff everytime. Great hair cut for my 3 year old, she gets excited when I say where were going. We will be returning.
