All around positive experience. Prompt courteous service. Would consider relying on this company again
Paid over $5,000 for a new unit and now the second year (after warranty expires) naturally, all the problems begin. I called in for service and they want $150 just to have someone come out. For a brand new unit, this is unacceptable. I’ll just troubleshoot it myself since this company clearly ripped me off. The first service call should at LEAST be free.
