I am not looking to argue or get a refund. But as a customer, I think you should know what happened and why I decided to stop using your company.First, I want to mention a completely separate situation from March of last year. A technician came to my apartment for a regular service and stayed for only 10 minutes. I was told that a standard service visit must take at 1 hour. Excellent service from start to finish! He kept me informed about his arrival time, which I really appreciated. He was professional, patient, and extremely thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect every part of the air conditioning system and made a genuine effort to identify the issue instead of rushing through the visit. His attention to detail, clear communication, and dedication to doing the job right really stood out. I highly recommend his services and would be happy to work with him again in the future.
