Excellent Service!!! Called on a Saturday and Carlos came right away. He diagnosed the problem right on the spot and fixed it. Not like others who were requiring two technicians!! Within 30 minutes our AC was working again. Highly recommend for CoolAid.
My compressor went out in 102 degree weather. Called these guys and they were there within 45 minutes. They took the time to explain what was wrong, showed me the fried part, and were very friendly and courteous. The tech seemed very knowledgeable and the charge was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with their work and service. I highly recommend Cool Aid.
Great service! Called on a Saturday and they were there within the hour. Fixed the problem and went the extra mile. These guys know what they're doing and I highly recommend them if you need AC service.
I have a restaurant in mcallen, this Monday one freezer stopped working so I called Carlos and he fixed it next day the freezer not cold enough so I called Carlos again he found out the freon was low he added some freon but didn't charge me any money. Really appreciate. Friendly, professional knowledge, low price,always on time. Strongly recommended.
