I called Carlos at 7:00. I told him my air conditioner was not cooling and he said he would be out in a couple of hours. An hour later he called and said he was on his way. He arrived and looked at the unit and said the fan was out and it was leaking refrigerant and would be very expensive to repair and suggested that we might be better off replacing the unit.
