My sm025 cooker itself is good, however I need a new temperature probe because I damaged the one that came with it. They want $99 with shipping for a PROBE. I can buy 2 multi-probe wifi enabled meters for the price they want to charge for a single probe. Way too expensive on the replacement parts.
Just want to share that winter is finally starting to let go in Montana. Last winter I purchased a PZ400 Pizza oven. My first event was last weekend. The oven performed perfectly outdoors in 30 degree weather. I cooked and served just over 200 personal pizzas. I am a mobile BBQ and this oven is a perfect addition to my 2 FEC 120 smokers. I love my SM 160! We run it every day and having an indoor smoker has make the workday so much easier than constantly going outside to feed and relight a firebox! I have 2 briskets rolling overnight right now!
Was a fan but have had problems since new needs a $777.00 control board had to use cheap master built to get it done What a disappointment
