I own a Cookshack FEC100 and their PG1000. Both are quality smokers, reliable, easy to use and are backed up by a great tech support team when you need them. Their class in Ponca is world class and I highly recommend it for the recreational back yard grill master or more serious Pitmaster ready for competition.
We now have 5 Cookshack 3 x FEC120 & 2 x FEC240 in use across three restaurants in the UK, they work very hard and allow us complete consistency across everything we smoke. I bought a Fast Eddies pg1000 about 6 months ago. I really wish I would have got into smokers 20 years ago. Had 1 problem with the igniter. After talking to the service guy at cook shack I may have made it go out because of what I was doing. They sent me a new one under warranty. Now that was great service! THANK YOU!!!
