Matt was absolutely great, explained what was going on and answered all my questions towards my equipment. Kept a pleasant attitude during the entire maintenance even while the weather was wet and miserable. I really appreciated his positive attitude and professionalism. Cook's has an outstanding employee and Matt's demeanor keeps me invested into this company. Never had a negative experience thus far with this business. Fair pricing and very thorough, especially important here in Florida where AC is basically Life Support.
Aaron was very. Friendly, professional and did everything in a timely manner. Answered all concerns and told me what he was doing and how to take change my filter. This was a very helpful technician and very knowledgeable. Aaron is a great asset to cook's air conditioning and heating specialist.
