I decided to call Cook's Air Conditioning & Heating Specialists a few weeks ago and set up a twice a year HVAC system maintenance checkup because I could hear a funny noise whenever the system started up and I didn't want to be left with a system not working during the up coming hot summer. It turns out there was a part that wasn't functioning to it's full potential and I went and had it replaced. the service person spent a good hour going over everything and different testing devices (I had no idea what they were). Spent a lot of Time going over the system to make sure we're ready for the heat.
Service was wonderful as always with Cook's. I had some extra questions for Jesse this visit & she answered them very thoroughly. I am so glad to have found Cook's as a business to use for heat & air. Fair priced , prompt , honest & the employees are always professional and top notch.
