The staff at Cookeville RV & Marine were great. No pressure sales, friendly knowledgeable staff, and the service was great. Keith let me do my thing and was there to answer any questions I had. Jason did my walk through and explained every aspect of my camper top to bottom. He also set up my towing set up perfectly. Can’t forget Christie, she had my paperwork ready and made it a breeze to get through the buying process.
Had some minor issues with my new Micro Lite but they were all addressed to my satisfaction. I traveled from out of state to pickup the trailer and it was prepared and ready as scheduled. No delays. I called back with some questions that were covered in the walk through but answers were provided with out making me feel stupid. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and responsive. Thanks

Horrible experience!! My slide out still doesn’t work right!! Worst customer service experience!! Would drive to another state than work with Andy in the service department!! They need a class on Customer Service 101! Informed Forrest River and anyone else that has to do business with them to think twice!
