My wife and I had been looking for our first travel trailer/csmper for a while. We visited several places and made out decision to drive to Cookeville RV in Tennessee. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. I cant thank Shon Wampler enough for making our first Camper purchase easy and a great experience. I highly recommend this place for those who want a easy, knowledgeable, great price, great people experience. I will return for future RV, Boat purchases. Thanks Cookeville RV.
You dont stand behind your product, you sell campers that have sat on your lot for months with no maintenance on the seals and that have water leaks. Then when the camper is brought in for warranty repair you "pretend" to fix it. I will be telling everyone I know how your service and customer care really is. Your business is a joke. BUYERS BEWARE. Even the extended warranties cover very little.
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who has a lot of patience, starting with sales department, moving to service, and ending with guys in the store! Thanks to our salesman, Adam West, we ended up with a Wildwood toy hauler that we love. We wanted the smallest toy hauler possible that would still carry 2 bikes. Adam helped us measure several of the toy haulers to make sure we would be happy with our choice. Service even installed the “lock and load” hauling system so we can easily transport the Harleys.
