I am very disappointed in the service that I received for my boat repair. It has been 2 weeks and as of Thursday I was told that my boat hasn't been touched. Yesterday I was sent to leave a voicemail for the service manager to call me back yesterday. I still have not received a call. Now it is Saturday and service isn't open. My motor needs a starter and that is it and had requested fluid changes!!! If it is not ready on Monday, I will just pick it up and take it somewhere else!!!

We have never been treated better. We bought a used 2014 Jayco camper from them that was priced right and the salesman (Shon) and the gentleman in the shop (Jason) met all of our needs and went out of their way for us. Everyone was polite and answered any questions we had. They spent time with us showing us things and helping us hook up (as we are new to this).It was nothing short of a perfect transaction. We were certainly pleased. We would recommend them to anyone considering a purchase/service.
Having just traded from a Ram 1500 with air suspension to a Ram 2500 without, I was a little concerned about the Equalizer Hitch being properly adjusted. Cookeville RV agreed to adjust it to get me ready for a trip even though they were swamped with work. I arrived for the appointment and was shown to the service desk to fill out a ticket and before they even started the paperwork, the RV tech came in and said "no adjustment needed."
