If I could give them zero stars I would. I drove five hours round trip to purchase a pre-owned camper advertised on their web site. The salesman "Keith" assured me that the camper was in great condition and in above average shape. When I pressed him on it's condition he said it was "very clean". Upon inspection it took me less than 5 minutes to discover a good size section of the floor was water damaged and rotten under the main entry door. We really cannot apologize enough for the loss of your and your families time. We try very hard to represent each camper for its correct and current condition. My wife and I just bought our first RV travel trailer and of course we were apprehensive of such a large purchase. We came into Cookeville RV and Marine full of wonder and a 1000 questions. You must use Cookeville Rv for your camper needs. The process was so easy and everyone was SO friendly. Dave was amazing in teaching us everything we needed to know. Left the service department in tears this morning. After it has taken over a month to get my camper parts in and ready to be fixed because of run around from service, I was told to have it there first thing this morning, and they would get started on it first thing. After dropping it off we were told, "oh we can't get started on it today.".... What about tomorrow.....umm maybe. Really....
