Excellent customer service and the Best Deals in TN...we went to several RV dealership in Middle and East TN and by far the best Deal was at Cookeville RV and Bob(our salesman) was awesome!!�

From looking at campers the first day to pulling our camper off the lot Cookeville RV was first class. The NO PRESSURE salesmen made the experience even better. Judd was great and answered any questions we had but didn't try to force anything on us or talk us into anything extra like many salesmen do. Andy sealed the deal in the office and the parts dept helped us with accessories. Cookeville RV is FIRST CLASS in our eyes. Thank you so much for everything!

My camper starting leaking. My insurance company told me to take my camper here to get an estimate come to find out the leak was on me they tell me that you have to re silicone campers at least twice a year I've never done this. What gets me about the whole deal is my insurance offered to pay the $227 for the estimate and Mike told him that he'd rather get it from me., said if insurance paid it that my camper would have to sit there until they got their check. SO Beware they are not there to help the person out.

You are 100% correct that we require the unit be paid in full before releasing it after a service visit. We would be happy to store the unit until the insurance check arrives. Otherwise you may pay for your unit and pick it up immediately. You can then collect the payment from the insurance company. Either way is great with us. Our family bought a Wildwood RV from Judd in March 2016. We had EXCELLENT service from the whole crew. Everyone was very helpful. This was our first RV and Judd and his crew made sure we were well educated before and after our purchase. I would recommend Cookeville RV to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used RV.
