The house we rented was not cleaned-- wrappers, dirty tables, dirt, and dust on the furniture. The old cooking range was almost useless in heating anything up. They charge a damage fee which we complained about --so they then e-mailed us and told us we broke 2 chairs and were lucky we had paid the fee. Would never use them again!!!!
Poor Experience Recently we recommended several family and friends to Cooke Realty for their stay at Ocean Isle Beach. We arranged for property rentals based on the descriptions provided on their website and catalogs. The most expensive rental reserved for our stay, Chateau de Chef, was advertised as having a hot tub, private pool, and access to community facilities. Great help for beach rentals This company has great service when it comes to beach rentals. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They have a large selection of homes for rent and will be happy to show you if the houses are empty. If your thinking of coming to NC and want to spend sometime relaxing by the ocean this is the company to call.
