Very nice property however the upstairs a/c unit was not working properly and we were given excuse after excuse and nothing was ever accomplished. The a/c contractor said the system was old and worn however he could not repair or replace without owners consent. This is completely understandable however the staff at Cooke showed zero compassion and Jim in maintenance was very condescending and full of excuses. I asked him to communicate with me daily on the status and he blew me off. Total lack of customer service from these ... read more
