Just leased my 2018 Equinox and couldn't have asked for better customer service! Very friendly and helpful staff. Took the time time to listen to what I wanted in my car, and took the time to explain all the options to me. Once it was purchased, he also took the time to show me how to use all the options and get it all set up! Definitely recommend Cook GM to anyone looking for a car or truck!
Fantastic experience! Bought a used vehicle that unknowing to them or us was to have a major issue 2 days before the warranty was to expire. The warranty was Cooks would pay 25% of parts and labor on repairs and after having our vehicle towed 70 miles to them they completed a major repair that cost $2135.00 and when Steve called to say it was ready he stated "we stand behind our vehicles and customers and the cost of this repair to you is $00000".
