RecommendedI feel they have a great service department! They are always able to get my vehicle in quickly and fix any and all issues I have. I feel the employees go above and beyond their duties. It’s super convenient how I can drop my vehicle off on my lunch hour and they return it to my place of employment when finished.
Bryan Niemiec sold me my 2012 GMC 2500HD been a great vehicle he was easy to deal with and fair. Definitely recommend him or anyone at Cook GM great place for new or used vehicles.
I want to thank Cook GM Super Store and John Gregor for there honesty! We recently bought a 2020 Trax, last week when all the paperwork had been completed they found that we had overpaid them $1,560.24!! They called us to come in so they could return that amount to the credit card we had used.
I had a vehicle emergency right at closing time, but Chelsea Green helped me out and was friendly and kind in my stressed out moment. 😁
We just moved to the Vassar area from Tennessee and went to Cook to try and purchase a new truck. The staff was friendly at first. I brought my vehicle in Tuesday morning for an appraisal. The salesman told me that once he received the formal appraisal he would contact me. I never heard from them again. I called and left a VM to the salesman and even sent an email asking for an update, still no reply. I just feel that someone should have contacted me with a yes or no or whatever.
