I have purchase over a dozen new trucks over the last 20 years and the customer service at Cook was by far the worse. The General manager is a joke and obviously does not care because he is retiring. The salesman Josh did a great job trying to clean up the mess that the General manager started.
Always have great experience at Cooks Super Store. Our family have bought and had serviced many vehicles here.
Do not stand behind their sale/vehicle After buying a truck through here. Imagine my surprise when in less than a weeks time problems began. When going to service and talking to my salesperson. I was told it was my fault and nothing they could do. Then follow up with me two years later to ask my experience ??
