I've never been a fan of the dentist but Dr. Ostendorf makes the experience pleasant and painless. I no longer dread going to the dentist because I know exactly what is going on the entire time and know I am in good hands!!
First time visit, Dr. Ostendorf took time to explain every thing he was going to do during my visit. I felt comfortable and I will definitely be back.
This was my son's first visit to a dentist. He is three and was scared all day. Combine that with no nap...you can imagine. As a frazzled mother at the end of the day with two kids in tow at the dentist, I appreciated the helpful and understanding staff.
