I have Colon Cancer and had part of my colon removed by Dr. Cook. For having to deal with cancer, I had the best experience possible. Dr. Cook and his entire team are amazing! I am so glad and feel so lucky that I was able to be treated by them. THANK YOU!
I had umbilical hernia surgery after I had my baby and it went very well. Quick and efficient staff/nurse for initial appointment and follow up. Fast surgery and recovery. No mesh was used which I really appreciate! Thank you so much Dr. Cook!

Dr. Cook is an absolutely PHENOMENAL physician. He is an extremely skilled, experienced, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate doctor. Dr. Cook has done several surgeries on me now and has done an impeccable job each and every time. I trust his expertise, as well as ALL his staff, including his NP’s Jory and Christy. Not enough good things can be said about this dynamic team!

He was very kind and concerned about my well being. Cares more about what he can do to help than the dollar signs. I appreciate his conservative attitude about healing so you don’t feel like he is rushing you through.
Dr. Cook was very easy to speak with and answered all of my many questions before and after hernia surgery. He and his team did an amazing job and were very kind. I did laparoscopic, so things were buttoned up neat and tight after the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Cook to everyone who cares about quality and care.
