I will never take my child here again. I would give zero stars if I could. I moved here from out of state a few months ago and have been here twice, both times for a wellness visit for my 15 month old. Not once, but both times the front office wrote down my appointment wrong. I arrive and they say I'm scheduled a different day then what they wrote. Love the doctors here! Front office- not so much. I owed a balance that was in dispute with the insurance company awaiting a response. I asked the front desk specifically if this was an issue and they said not to worry and that I wouldn't be sent to collections. Of course, on my visit today I am notified that my account has been sent to collections. Thanks Cooks.
We LOVE Dr. Souers!! She is so caring and thorough. She takes her time and makes my kiddos feel comfortable. We are so happy to have her at the Keller Cooks Children's! Thank you so much Dr. Souers!
Dr. Wineriter, Vicki, and all the front desk ladies are AMAZING. I have a 2 year old daughter and a 6 month old son. Both are in a private preschool/childcare environment. They are constantly sick. I am seen within a couple hours of me calling in. There is little to no wait time. They all address both me and my children by name. They are very thorough with any necessary testing and take the time to listen to any and all concerns I have about my children. I can't say enough good things about all of them. Dr Souers is our new doc and she's great!!! Takes a lot of time to get to know the kids!
We are so lucky to have Rachel Souers at this location!! We just moved from Wylie where she was also my children's Doctor there. It all worked out for us! We moved at the same time she did and ironically around the same area! She is great!!! Very thorough, patient and understanding!! We love her!
Dr. Davis is the best...very patient, kind, and thorough. We're happy to have him as our son's doctor!
