Always excellent care! You can check in online to no waiting! We have been 3x this year 🤪 and the staff and doctors have been excellent.
I called at 4:42pm with a sick 3 yr old that I had JUST picked up from preschool. Not only was the lady that answered the phone empathetic and kind, but a large part of the staff and STACY stayed well past 5pm to accommodate us. This office has gone above and beyond for us! I’m such a happy mom that had meds in hand by 6pm for my little boy. MUCH THANKS TO SUCH AN EFFICIENT FRONT OFFICE STAFF AND STACY FOR STAYING LATE! Me and my 4 children are so grateful for y’all �
Lots of sick kids but staff was awesome. We were only ones in for something other than the flu.
We will be changing care for our precious baby! Dr Phillipp wanted to give my sick infant vaccines and couldn't have cared less about how he was feeling. I kindly asked to reschedule a nurse visit to get the shots when he's better and she basically completely dismissed us. She doesn't try to comfort the baby when she's examining. She acts like it's "just a job". When we called to get input on natural/homeopathic medicines (hylands and zerbees) for his worsening cold, they all but laughed at us.
