Awesome experience - celebrated a birthday there - Michelle Flisek was extremely helpful and coordinated the entire event. Chef Ricci and staff personalized the birthday dinner experience and made the cooking/B-day event enjoyable and informative. Well done Cook !!

Wasn't much of a "cooking lesson" other than getting seriously schooled by a master chef. Tonight's theme was Japanese comfort food, and the dinner was brought to us by Doug Allen and Kyoko Noguchi. Our hosts were very likeable, and the food was wonderful. The room is intimate enough for you to feel like you are sitting in the chef's private kitchen. Most fun I've had in a couple years at least. Perfect date night with my wife!
