I am very pleased with the service that I receive at Conway Ford. I went into Conway Ford in April of this year to get a tire repaired and ended up driving out in a brand new F-150. That was great for me as well as for Conway Ford. I have been back for service a few times since on my new F-150 and have been treated just fine each time. .
Experience was surprisingly simple and easy. Employees were very professional, approachable, and down to Earth. Both Mr. Howard and A.J really put my mind at ease by carefully explaining each and every detail since I hadn't bought a car in about 15 years. .
I was greeted @ the door. Everyone was polite & very much interested in me buying a car. After we crunched the numbers I brought a 2016 Ford Fusion.
As always, my experience with the Conway Ford Service Department was excellent. I wanted my windshield wipers checked and a safety check done prio to making a short trip next weekend. I didn't have to wait too long and the service staff was great.

My experience with AJ and Thomas Baccari couldn't have been better. AJ worked through an issue we had with a pre-owned car we purchased in January of 2016, and was able to have us return the car and buy a new 2016 Ford Fusion, which was an excellent choice.
Every time I come, everyone is very nice always asking Can they get me anything or help me with anything.
