I love conviva lot the doctor the staff are very nice people they trade with respect the facility is very clean. The only thing is that they had one person that take blood when you have two people like that we don’t have to wait a lot to take blood. trust Ms.B is a very nice lady very polite, but they should put another person to help her.
Can we talk about Miss B who draws the blood and takes the labs, she is phenomenal. Her customer service and quiet voice puts you at ease when she is taking care of you. Have no fear, before you know it your blood is drawn, and no telltale bruise after. Good job, Miss B.
I’m 86 years old and by atendí the activities reverses my age and keeps my mind active. Thank you Conviva for offering me this oppportunity
