I like coming to this office at 11460 Pines blvd.as everyone is nice and its like 5mins from my home, only thing.,it would of been nice if i could get a follow up phone call back after leaving 2 messages ,wasn't urgent, just still thought I'd get a return call from my new primary dr.to ask her a question from my last visit on Oct 31st., Guess I'm spoiled after having dr.Montes since late 80s til he jus recently retired...

I came to this location by coincidence accompanying a friend to an appt. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady Ms Victoria Obregon my friend had no clue who she had the appt with and Victoria assured my friend not to worry, gave my friend the Dr's name and had my friend sit down and wait to be called. My friend was thristy I went back to the front desk this time I was assisted by Ruth Reyes who not only gave me a bottle of water for my friend but filled up the fridge with water for others because it was empty at the ti... read more

I appreciate this office. Cynthia, Nicole and Merlin are always so polite, helpful and professional. Their experience really shows in how smoothly everything runs and they always take the time to make sure you feel heard and taken care of. I truly appreciate the great service and would recommend this office to family and friends.

I love conviva lot the doctor the staff are very nice people they trade with respect the facility is very clean. The only thing is that they had one person that take blood when you have two people like that we don’t have to wait a lot to take blood. trust Ms.B is a very nice lady very polite, but they should put another person to help her.
