Efficient and professional medical staff.
Everyone was great. They were upfront and let me know the provider was in a zoom meeting so they could not give me a time frame, but I was the next patient so I waited the short wait. It was very nice of them to be honest with me and give me the option to stay and wait or go somewhere else. I’m glad I waited. The care I received was exceptional.
The provider was courteous, listened very well, explained things very well, and took her time. She's very very good. Wait time was good. I'll use this urgent care again. (And now I have been back with the same experience. All good.)
Abby and the team were fantastic! Very respectful. I was home with meds in an hour and 10 minutes.
