The staff was extremely friendly.. the Doctor was excellent, she made me feel like she was my mom, her energy, kindness, ora, was comforting .. coming from some one who never gos to the doctor... Thank you Ladies you are a great group of professionals!
When I went there I was the only pt. I thought that was good. But they tried to draw blood and had a very difficult time. Left me with big bruises on arms and hands. When they did draw it they put and sent it in the wrong vials and it was unable to get tested. Not only am i not able to get the results but now i am having to go elsewhere to get everything redone.

The actual wound treatment for my finger was okay, although the bandaging around my finger slid off within a day. The truly irksome part has to do with not being able to get a prescription for the antibiotics I need. I was sent home with a paper prescription for some other person. I promptly called the Owosso clinic where I was seen, and the lady with whom I spoke said they would call in a prescription. Not very happy at the Doctor that was there last night. I brought my daughter in because of a possible ear infection. Doctor diagnosed ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. And asked i there was any allergies I said yes and told. The pharmacy was closed by that time last night so I picked up today. Pharmacy tells me my child shouldn't take the med because of her other med allergies.
