Totally unprofessional. Thought about walking out twice..but really just needed an ABT for my daughter. Really uncomfortable immediately upon walking in. Tried this place 5 years ago...did not like it then..it’s not any better now. Will never go to again.
The worst customer service!!!!! I went in with my daughter on a Sunday night and was told that if I wasn't going to go to Walgreens in a bad part of town to fill her script (only one open late) than the Dr wouldn't see her! WHAT?! Would not give me a script to fill in the a.m. at my local pharmacy. Isn't this a little bit unethical??? Delaying her care?????? Never ever, ever going there again!
I have been there several times for either myself or a family member. Beware...they do not know what they are doing. Sent my mom to the Er with a “heart attack” which she was not having. Told me I had shingles when I told them I didn’t, and guess what? I did not have shingles but ended up in the ER with liver issues from the anti-virals they gave me, told my 17 year old he had gout, and he didn’t. RecommendedI took my son into this urgent care tkday as a new patient. The staff was just amazing!!! We got in and out of there very quickly but honestly in the future even if we ever have to wait I definitely wont mind...they are so worth it!!! Thank you for taking such good care of my son!!
I won’t go anywhere else in town. They are always friendly and thorough. They listen and want to help. I’ve taken my kids, friends and other family members there.
Had to have my daughter seen today as her primary care couldn't see her for another week. They were in a training day so a bit slower but very nice.
