Parents 90 and 91 years old! COVID and they gave them a decongestant and not the covid medication to help reduce symptoms. I called them to see if they would call it in. They said go to your family physician. That sick to go to urgent care and not get that medication? Please don't go there. That isn't very good care.
** PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ***STOP!! If you have any medical concerns that require more than a nasal swab or a set of vitals, DO NOT ENTER THIS URGENT CARE. I went to this urgent care with SEVERE coccyx pain and asked for x-rays. I went directly from the clinic to the imaging center and waited for a call back. I called back the urgent care MULTIPLE TIMES asking for the results and reporting I continued to have terrible pain. I came here last June, Lydia, the nurse who got "stuck with my poor, sick, I'm hurt attitude" never missed a step, and she literally saved my life. Once taken back, they fast and efficiently diagnosed my problem(s), and got me transport to the hospital where I spent 3 weeks recovering. So, when I took a fall on a dog toy and heard my foot snap, I came back.. and was met with the same great nurse, Lydia, and again, with comforting, fast knowledgeable care. Worst customer service. Prepare to spend hours in the waiting room and be treated disrespectfully by every staff member if you plan to visit any of these convenient urgent care locations.
