Worst urgent care/after hours. I called at 7:30 to see if they were open the lady said until 9 but they were not taking anymore patients. Horrible!!
The office staff in the front was extremely rude. The young woman opened the window and proceeded to talk extra loud while my sleeping son was in my arms telling me i had to pay a copay. The nurse and the doctor was a+ in my books. But the nastey attitudes from the office need to go before i will ever return. You do not need to be working in the hospitality field if you cannot comprehend compasion for a sick child.
They dont follow the guidlines for bcbs network member they lost me as a customer for life
I not easily impressed by today's medical services industry, but this helpful and concerned staff gets my vote. They even called me after the appointment (and after hours) to make sure I was able to get my prescription filled. Thanks Christina and the rest of the group.
I first took my son there and it was a quick and pain free experience. Today, I had to go there for myself and was still given the same experience. The staff is extremely nice and even though it is the doctors, I still left there with a smile on my face and happy. I would recommend this place to anyone. I prefer them over my primary physician.
