Horrible experience was quoted a price over phone, was preapproved for financing and they wouldn’t honor price. Walked out never do business there, salesman was rude kept trying to upsell even when we said we weren’t interested
I am highly disappointed in the behavior and disrespect the manager and salesman displayed today. I've been to several Toyota dealerships and this was the worst. I'm going to do just what they said and " hop skip and jump right back to the previous dealership to get my next vehicle ".
I went in for an oil change. It was pointed out the front light was out. When I looked I didn’t notice a hole in the front panel, but I did today/the next day. I went back in and they showed me paperwork I signed with circles on it they claim marked the missing piece. (Not the broken headlight?) The missing piece was NEVER mentioned verbally. Bought a 2018 Toyota Highlander 8months ago. A few days ago, my husband noticed little spots of rust on the back latch door and on both the driver and passenger side doors. We took the car to Continental Toyota and we were told that there was nothing they could do. They supposedly emailed “higher ups” and they says its not their issue. So here we are 8months into a $52,000 loan with a car that is rusting out with no options other than paying more money to fix a problem that is not our fault.
