Sales man wasn't bad, went to look at a 2016 rav4. Was willing to put 8000 to half down, online price showed 19,710. Told us the price was 20,710 wouldn't budge on lowering it. Argued that the same exact car was at midtown toyota for 17,777 CPO was told that you have to pay a certification fee at that toyota, which is not true. Went to the website and they raised the price of the same rav4 from the 19 to 20 price. Manager tried to sell us a 75 month plus finance plan to lower the payments. The service department at Continental Toyota are so helpful and service oriented. I always hated having to take my care to a mechanic, because I never felt like they listened. When I go to Continental Toyota, I do not feel that way. I really appreciate that!
