I have been working with Robin Kane and Patti Chakirelis for more than two-years as a homeowner’s association board member. Robin Kane is a huge improvement to Continental Management! I live at Sandpiper and she has taken care of every issue, concern and answered every question immediately. She communicates immediately and is a very pleasant person to talk with. She knows how to handle difficult situations with ease.

What a Mickey Mouse show!! I had an issue where Continental Management sent a tech out to fix a problem. He said he couldn't make repairs because Continental Management owed him a past due bill from 4 years ago. I made numerous calls to Continental where the manager always seemed to be on the other line, out of the office, at a property and the classic line of, I'll have to look into this and call you back which never happened. Took over a month for them to say ya...that's going to be your responsibility.
