If could give less than one star I would . They never responr to emails or return calls !!! They lie about everything. The maintenance is the worst don't repair anything there are countless safety issues this is unacceptable
Jeanne responds to emails very promptly & addresses the situation in a timely manner. I had Continental Mgmnt at my other condominium that I lived at. before moving into my current condo 6 years ago. I thought they were always very good.
I had a snow plow problem and I e-mailed Jeanne at CM. She answered my e-mail promptly and got the problem taken care of almost immediately. In our 5 years here we have not had any problems with CM
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE , seems they just don't care . I have been getting the neighbors together to put our fees into an Escrow account to see if that helps .
I'm trying to think of something positive right now. I'll have to wait until I see if my request is fulfilled after 4 attempts. It's our suppliers who are at fault, not the management company. We should have a clause in all our future contracts that charges them a fee when they do not service as agreed. Talk never motivates, money does!
So far a "1" - Called and emailed about a structural damage/roofing problem and it took 4 tries to get the manager to email me back. Plus they are stalling on the annual meeting when they can handle this via Zoom.
Continental Management, once not bad organization, now turned into bunch of croocked, arrogant, incompetent people. Lately, using COVID-19 as exuse, they keep our pool closed, while all neighboring communities, included the cities, have opened theirs. Guess, they want pocket the money, that suppose to go for the pool.No proper way of communication, they create so much bureaucracy, playing with self given titles. Our community has decided to change the association to Continental Management last December.This association service is the worst that ever seen.No proper communication mechanism,process to follow up on the pending requests.Very lethargic in responding to emails and phone calls.I would not recommend any community to use this association. I would like to 0 rating.
Brian is fond of the board here, not so much the run-of-the-mill condo owners. He has helped me only when he had no choice. He actually had the nerve to ask me to change my email address rather than him addressing a situation with ugly emails that should never have been sent by another owner. He said it would be "easier". For him, yes. He is being paid, by folks like me. He should be a little more helpful to all condo owners anda little more humble.
