If you can work with Brian then definitely yes use Continental, other then him I say find another management company. Brian will tell you the truth good or bad. He answers his calls or at least will call you back the rest of the company is full of it. Especially Anna. And from talking with some of the contractors they stopped working with them due to non payment. CONTRACTORS BEWARE

Brian Uher has always been professional and most helpful whenever I have called him regarding anything His pleasant manner and willingness to go the extra mile to address any concerns or problems have been duly noted and greatly appreciated by me. He is a hands on manager.

The worst management company you can imagine. There are units that have water in basements even after a moderate rain and they have done nothing to remedy the situation. Constant stalling and using "their" cronies to assess the problem always leads to a dead end. They treat the resident's issues as if they own the property. Our board are mere puppets and will do whatever CM tells them to do...not a backbone among them. If you're considering Continental Management to manage your property, look elsewhere.

Continental Management started out strong with our Association about 3 years ago, but since so many other Condo Associations have been added to their list of associations, I believe that follow up on maintenance issues, invoices, etc. has really suffered. We were initially told the Manager would do a "drive through" our Association every couple of weeks at the most to follow up that repairs and maintenance that were contracted would be completed accurately. I have been a board member for my condo association for 16 years. When the board was formed, we interviewed 5 different management companies. The board at that time selected Continental Management and through the years, we have been very satisfied with their services. They're very professional, caring, and honest. As a re-occurring Board Member I have always felt Continental Management has served our Association well. They have always been there to answer questions and give us direction as needed. There has never been an issue with the financial and managerial data they've generated for us. I feel that Molly and and now Brian (Marge used to be our Manager) are always there for us and ready to assist us when needed. We thank them for all of their help.
