I had a sizeable amount withdrawn from my account with no notice and can't get a statement showing why or to whom my money was sent. Many requests for information from Marci get me nowhere. Is there a way to Continental directly?
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I have tried multiple time to get in contact with someone from the HOA over the last 6 or 7 months regarding the landscapers they hired, and regarding quite a few things that need to be addressed in our development. No follow through. Can't use the portal. I feel they have too many hoas for the # of employees they have. Too many requests & emails for them to handle efficiently. Would never recommend.
No sense of customer service, arrogant and dismissive. Completely ignores requests of residents, especially Marcy.
I have never dealt with a company that takes forever and seems to blow off important issues regarding how things are going at the condo development. We have contacted the police regarding an issue and they said that it needs to be dealt with by the hoa. Well today I got a email almost a week after calling and raising hell, to contact the police. This company just doesn’t want to deal with unruly renters and residents. What a shame!
This company is awful! They have charged me late fees when they send my payment books after the payment due date. I have called and send emails with no luck on this. They keep charging me over $400.00 per month and my monthly payment is $297.00 per month. I have tried calling and sending emails but nothing has happened. The management company in general is very bad at responding to questions/ requests from tenants and owners. The staff in general has a very bad customer service approach which I believe starts with Annah Villnuve. Additionally access to the association board who supposedly represents me as a homeowner is not available. This has been going on for a number of years.
If could give less than one star I would . They never responr to emails or return calls !!! They lie about everything. The maintenance is the worst don't repair anything there are countless safety issues this is unacceptable
